Kate Shela is a movement maestra, an embodiment plumber and a shamanic healer.
She has been teaching radical embodiment since she was 18 years old and spent two decades in the fashion and film industry. Kate weaves together passionate life retrievals on and off the dance floor.
As the co-founder of The 360 Emergence -Embodiment Practice, she combines her passion of moving bodies to phenomenal music as a poetic, humorous and raw gateway to being fully human. Grief and joy always hold hands whilst we creatively practice being here on this delicious wild ride.
Kate is a Londoner, who has lived in LA for 18 years, she is a road woman who teaches internationally in person and online. She works with individual clients for mentoring and seership and co-teaches The 360 Emergence Apprenticeship Training.
